Available Positions

Part Time (20 hour) Call Center Rep position

Call Center - Part Time (20 Hours) - Blankenbaker
Schedule: Monday 9-1; Wednesday 12-3, Thursday 11:15-3, Friday 9-3, Saturday 8:45-12

• 1-2 years experience working in financial industry is preferred.
• Requires excellent customer service skills and strive to provide exceptional customer service to customers. Work in a fast-paced environment handling calls and administrative tasks on a daily basis
• Excellent communication skills and a strong speaking voice for assisting customers by phone is essential.
• Seek "sales" opportunities and meet individual sales goals, as well as help meeting department and overall credit union goals.

Requirements
Must be able to work scheduled hours. Computer skills are a must.
SATISFACTORY CREDIT RECORD IS REQUIRED

Part Time Tellers – (25 hours) Several local Louisville offices
Description
Employee will be required to provide exceptional customer service seeking opportunities to promote credit union products and services.
Will be required to maintain a cash drawer and process customer transactions with attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency; Must balance cash drawer daily.
Will be required to meet individual sales goals and aid in reaching branch goals as well.
Seeking highly motivated individuals to help our customers meet their financial needs and help grow the credit union for continued success in the future.

Requirements
Cash handling skills are a plus. Computer skills are a must.
