First Time User Instructions:
- Obtain a temporary password from your local branch office or contact our Call Center.
- Click on First Time User in the Online Banking section of our home page.
- Enter the requested information and click Continue.
- Follow prompts to login using your username and new password.
- On your first login, you will be prompted to complete challenge questions.
- This step is necessary in order to prevent future lockout when accessing online banking from a different computer.
Upon signing up for our Online Banking service, you may sign
up for our eStatement service. Enrollment in eStatements allows
you to receive your statement by e-mail, which means you
will receive your statement in the first week of the month
instead of waiting for the mail. It’s the eco-friendly alternative to paper statements.

Contact one
of our friendly Member Service Representatives to enroll.
- Log in to Online Banking.
- From the Bill Payment menu, click "Bill Payment Registration".
- Click to check the box beside "Sign me up for Bill Payment".
- Click the Continue button.
- Read the disclosure then click to check the box beside "Accept".
- Click the Continue button at the bottom of the page. (You
must accept the disclosure to continue.)
- Continue to follow the instructions to complete your registration.
The application form is electronically forwarded to Park Community
FCU. You will receive e-mail notification of your application
status within 2-3 business days. If approved, you may begin
using bill payment within 3-5 business days, after receiving
your Personal ID and security code.
