Login Help for Online Banking

If this is the first time you have logged into our Online Banking system, use the information below to assist you:

• Obtain a temporary password from your local branch office or contact our Call Center.
• Click on First Time User in the Online Banking section of our home page.
• Enter the requested information and click Continue.
• Follow prompts to login using your username and new password.
• On your first login, you will be prompted to complete challenge questions.
• This step is necessary in order to prevent future lockout when accessing online banking from a different computer.
