You can access your account information by phone any time you need it, by calling DIAL, your 24-hour teller. This easy-to-use service is free of charge, and all you need is your member number and DIAL access code.

1. Press 1 for the main menu.
2. Enter your MEMBER NUMBER then press the POUND SYMBOL (#).
3. Enter your ACCESS CODE (PIN) then press the POUND SYMBOL (#). If you do not have an ACCESS CODE please contact us.
