How can I get my current account balance?
Our automated phone service, DIAL, will give you account information 24/7. You can also get your account balance by using our free Online Banking service. To protect your security, we have discontinued giving balances over the phone.

Account Number

What is my account number?
Account numbers are not given over the phone for security reasons. Stop by your local office and they will be able to give you the number, or we can send it to you by mail.

Address Change

How do I change my address?
Stop by your local office or send us a signed letter which lists your old and new addresses.

How long do I have to wait to reapply for a Check Card after I have been declined?
At least six (6) months.

Forgotten PIN

How do I get a new PIN # for DIAL or my Check Card if I have forgotten mine?
One of our Financial Service Representatives at your local branch can help you choose a new PIN #. If you choose to call, you will receive your PIN reminder by mail within 5 to 7 days.

Lost or Stolen Card

Who do I call if my Check Card or credit card is lost or stolen?
For a lost or stolen Check Card, stop by your local branch or call 502-968-3681 or 800-626-2870. After business hours, choose the option for lost/stolen card and hold on the line until you speak to a Member Service Representative. In order to block your card immediately, you must hold on the line until you speak to a Member Service Representative.

Online Use

My Check Card won't work online, what should I do?
You have not registered in the MasterCard SecureCode Program. Click here to register and sign up for your private code.

Bill Payment

After I make a bill payment, when are funds debited from my checking account?
Your checking account will be debited within two banking business days.

How secure is my information?
We have selected the AXIS™ Internet Account Access service from Digital Insight, based on their approach to security, which allows you to access your account information via the Internet without having our primary records on the Internet. Your records are accessed via a private communications line, much like an ATM transaction. Also, the Internet Account Access system utilizes the latest encryption and authentication technology to further protect your privacy.

Check Stop Payment

How do I place a stop payment on a check?
Call your local branch and we will place a stop for you then send you the necessary paperwork to complete the transaction.

Early Certificate Withdrawal

What is the penalty if I cash in my certificate of deposit early?
The penalty for cashing in a 12 month or less certificate is 90 days of interest or interest earned from the initial date of opening to the date of withdrawal, whichever is less. The penalty for early withdrawal of a greater than 12 month certificate is 180 days of interest or the interest earned from the initial date of opening to the date of withdrawal, whichever is less.
