will give you account information 24/7. You can also
get your account balance by using our free Online
Banking service. To protect your security, we
have discontinued giving balances over the phone. |

branch can help you choose a new PIN #. If you
choose to call, you will receive your PIN reminder
by mail within 5 to 7 days. |

Lost or Stolen Card
Who do I call if my Check Card or credit card is
lost or stolen?
For a lost or stolen Check Card, stop by your local
branch or call 502-968-3681 or 800-626-2870.
After business hours, choose the option for lost/stolen
card and hold on the line until you speak to a Member
Service Representative. In order to block your card
immediately, you must hold on the line until you
speak to a Member Service Representative.

How do I place a stop payment on a check?
Call your local
branch and we will place a stop for you then
send you the necessary paperwork to complete the
transaction. |

Early Certificate
Withdrawal
What is the penalty if I cash in my certificate
of deposit early?
The penalty for cashing in a 12 month or less certificate
is 90 days of interest or interest earned from the
initial date of opening to the date of withdrawal,
whichever is less. The penalty for early withdrawal
of a greater than 12 month certificate is 180 days
of interest or the interest earned from the initial
date of opening to the date of withdrawal, whichever
is less. |
