Complaint Policy

It is our policy to investigate and resolve member concerns in a timely manner. If you have a complaint about the services provided by Park Community Credit Union, please call 502.968.3681 (800.626.2870), email us at membercomplaint@parkcommunity.com,
or send mail to:

The credit union is incorporated and chartered under the laws of the State of Kentucky and is regulated by the Kentucky Department of Financial Institutions (KDFI) and the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). If any complaint you have submitted to the credit union is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may also file a complaint with the KDFI or the NCUA. For more information about submitting a complaint to the KDFI, Consumer Protection Branch, visit www.kfi.ky.gov.
