This service allows members to make or schedule a one-time personal and auto loan payment online or by calling the Credit Union at 502.968.3681 or 800.626.2870. (Please note: If you are trying to pay using your mobile device, you may experience an error related to not accepting the terms and conditions. We are working to resolve this issue. If you experience difficulties, please try your payment using a different device.)
Convenience Payment lets you use the following to make your payment from another financial institution:
- MasterCard® debit
- Discover® debit
- VISA® debit
- Checking or Savings account
Convenience. Make payments any time – day or night – or schedule a payment up to 14 days prior to your loan payment due date.
Restrictions. Mortgage, credit card, and loans that have been charged-off cannot be paid using this service. For payments on these accounts, contact PCCU at 502.968.3681 or 800.626.2870.
Payment Type. Make a one-time payment using your debit card or your checking or savings account at another financial institution. Credit cards are not accepted. Recurring payments cannot be set up through Online Loan Payment.
Debit card payments. Debit card payments accepted include MasterCard®, Discover® and VISA®. You cannot use Online Loan Payment to pay your loan with your Park Community Credit Union debit card. Instead, log into Online Banking and make a transfer or call 800.626.2870 to transfer funds from your checking account to your loan account to make your payment.
eCheck (ACH) payments. If you are using your savings or checking account at another financial institution to make your Park Community Credit Union loan payment, please have your routing number and account numbers ready.
All payments must be drawn on U.S. financial institutions and in U.S. currency. You may not submit information from a business account at another financial institution.
Payment Amount. You are responsible for inputting and authorizing your full loan payment amount, including any late fees or additional charges that you owe. The minimum payment must be $1.00.
Processing Times. Payments made after 4:00 pm will be processed on the following business day (Monday – Friday). If a payment is made on a Sunday or banking holiday, it will not be processed until the following business day. Your one-time payment will be credited to your loan account within two business days of your scheduled payment date. You may cancel your payment by contacting us at 502.968.3681 or 800.626.2870 prior to 5:00pm EST the date of authorization. We cannot guarantee that any request to process a payment will be cancelled.
Security. All of the data you provide is encrypted and payments are processed via a secure debit card processor. Your payment information will not be used for any reason other than processing this one-time payment transaction.
Fees. Park Community Credit Union does not charge a fee for you to make a one-time loan payment online. You are responsible for any fees you incur at the issuing financial institution as a result of this payment being processed. Check with your financial institution about any fees it may charge.
