New Mobile App Now Available – The Previous App Has Expired

Park Community’s Mobile App has received a makeover. Park Community has been working hard to bring you a better mobile app experience. We’ve cleaned up the app, reorganized the information and tools you rely on most, and made improvements to simplify the way you manage your account.

Quick look at new features:

  • Touch ID | Allows you to login by using your thumbprint.
  • Quick Balance | Provides you the convenience of viewing balances on selected shares/loans from the login screen without logging in.
  • Bill Pay | Gives you the option to add Payees directly from the app.
  • Graphs | View your spending and saving habits to better manage your finances.

What you need to know:

  • The new app was available in the App Store and Google Play for you to download beginning May 23, 2017.
  • The new app icon looks identical to the current app icon.
  • The previous app is obsolete as of May 31, 2017.

What is Park Mobile?
Park Mobile is Park Community Credit Union’s Mobile App, a secure mobile banking application available through the App Store and Google Play. With Park Mobile, you can check your balances, deposit checks, view transaction history, transfer funds, pay bills, and locate ATMs and branches.

Does Park Community charge for their Mobile App?
No, but data usage charges from your wireless provider may apply.

How do I download the Mobile App to my iPhone, iPad, or Android (Phone and Tablet)?
Search for “Park Community Credit Union” in the iTunes App Store or Google Play.

Can I pay bills through Mobile App?
Yes, bill payment is available through our Mobile App.

Can I transfer funds through Mobile App?
Yes, you can transfer funds between your accounts, as well as other members.

Can I create Payees through Mobile App?
Yes. With our new app, you can now create new payees within the app. Log in, click on bill pay, click on payees, and then tap the green plus (+) button.

What is Quick Balance?
Quick Balance allows you to quickly view your balances without logging in. You’ll need to log in and turn on Quick Balance, which is found under settings.

What is Biometric authentication?
This is the process you’ll go through to turn on the Touch ID feature. Once logged in, you’ll go into setting and turn on Touch ID Authentication.

Are there any changes to Mobile Deposit/Transfers?
Our old app automatically placed a decimal and prefilled .00 cents when entering the amount of deposit on an iPhone. The new app does not. Please add a decimal to ensure the correct amount is deposited.

Are there any navigational changes on the Android app?
When navigating the mobile app, the back button built into the Android phone will not work as usual. You must click on the hamburger on the top left of the screen to return to the previous screen with the exception of the ATM/Branch Locations page. When you navigate to the ATM/Branch Locations page you must hit HOME to return to your previous screen.

Free Mobile App
It’s just like online banking, only it’s optimized for your web-enabled phone. Just visit this website on your phone to log in. Use your phone’s text feature to get your balance, review transaction history, and more with Park Community’s handy text banking service. It’s easy, fast and convenient.

The Mobile App is available on iPhone and Android, allowing you to check your balance, transfer funds, deposit checks, pay bills and more. In your app store, search for “Park Community Credit Union.”

My Mobile Money

With the availability of the My Mobile Money app, you now have greater spending control and protection from fraud for your card. The My Mobile Money app lets you manage your Park Community debit card with customizable alerts that let you know when, how, and where your card is used. You can set them up, and turn them on and off when you choose. You also have the ability to turn your card on and off. With this new feature, you’ll soon be able to travel without notifying us beforehand–you’ll have full control.

  • Take control of your debit card and protect against fraud.
  • Use alert preferences to be notified of unusual purchases through the app.
  • Monitor and control youth cardholders’ usage.
  • Receive notifications each time your debit card is used.
  • Lost your debit card? Turn it off.
    Found your debit card? Turn it on.

Mobile Check Deposit

Deposit checks quickly and securely using the Park Community Mobile Banking app and the camera feature on your Apple or Android devices. Just sign, snap, and deposit! With Mobile Check Deposit, there’s more time for the things that matter most, like figuring out what you’re going to do with the money you just deposited.
